30 day diet challenge I've decided to create a diet that I believe will be best for me. I'm reducing my meat intake and going to try increasing my fish, fruit and vegetable intake. I am not certified in any kind of diet field or exercise field!!!!! Please take this as pure opinion and what works for me. Sorry this is not a funny video.
