When it comes to health and diet we get asked a lot of questions about how to lose weight and how to get healthy, dieting and which diets work. I never considered myself an expert on the subject but I have learned a lot about nutrition and healthy eating over the years. Most of the questions were brought on as a result of my healthy cooking videos and my juicing and lemonade cleanse series. So I figured it was easier to just put together a few easy weight loss tips. Diets don't work. Losing weight, eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires a lifetime commitment and a lifestyle change. To start with drink a glass of water upon rising and before every meal. Eat a good breakfast and eat 5-6 small meals daily, Stop drinking sodas and so called energy drinks. Get outside, enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Sweat a little! Eat less, move more and do it every day. I promise if you do these little changes for 30 days you'll see great results, lose weight and look and feel much better. I am not certified in any kind of diet field or exercise field!!!!! Please take this as pure opinion and what works for me. Sorry this is not a funny video. But I get asked this constantly and my fingers are tired from typing it.
