My Diet & Exercise Plan – 879th Edition

DIET: Lean meats chicken vegetables (carrotts, corn, anything green Fruits strawberrys, oranges, pineapple fruit salad NO soft drinks, water is KEY!! GYM: at least 5 days a week, everyday if i can If you dont like the gym, walk your dog, dance to a workout video, ANYTHING that keeps your heart rate up To answer any questions, i am from the SOUTH. Which means im SOUTHERN. Hahaha nothing else 🙂 love my subbies I made this video because alot of you were interested in how i stay fit.
