30 day diet challenge I've decided to create a diet that I believe will be best for me. I'm reducing my meat intake and going to try increasing my fish, fruit and vegetable intake. I believe that by trying to stick to diets I hear and read about I fool myself because I can never stick to them so I'm going to take my time and create my own diet.
